So, big telecommunications company serves free wifi.
They install wifi router almost public place, even in buses, metro, tourist attractions etc.
Unfortunately, they serves only for company member.
So I introduce you how to use company free wifi.
If you have Korean friends, you can take their usim.
Because Korean people really like to change their mobile every 2 years after purchasing new one.
If they don't have, it would be better to ask them to buy a new one for their own, then give you the old usim chip.
Once you install Korea telecommunication usim, you can use every wifi which are already installed by company even though you did not buy their data in expensive price.
If you don't have any Korean friends, I recommend you to buy a new Korea telecommunication usim which is lowest data price. Once you use all your data, it is easy to find wifi zone.
Korea big telecommunication companies are SK, KT, LG U+. So you should choose one of that things.
In some government places like airport, you can use free wife with out any membership.
And I want you to know that Seoul will be whole wifi city in 2017, might be as government said.
